Andrew has had an extensive career in the Financial Services Sector, Sport Administration and more recently in the capacity as a director and Chairman of both ASX and unlisted companies.

Over the last twenty years he has been CEO/Chairman of two Global Insurance Broking Firms Asia Pacific operations. In addition served as Chairman of a Specialist Aviation Underwriting Company and Chairman of a high profile Captive Insurance operation.

In the Public Company sector Andrew is the appointed Chairman of Beyond Sportswear International Ltd, Intermoco Limited, The Swish Group limited, Director of Newsat Limited.  Chairman of MDHDG a private company involved with 5 Star hotel/marina developments and Chairman of New Zealand Company Energy Mad Limited.

In sport Andrew has a high profile , elected as an Executive Member of The Australian Olympic Committee and appointed director of The Australian Olympic Foundation Limited. He is also the longest serving President of Yachting Australia Inc and held for eight years the Chairmanship of AFL club St Kilda Football Club Limited .

Andrew has been successful in sport winning one World Championship in sailing .He holds numerous sporting achievement awards and life membership from two sporting organizations.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Kiddle has more than 28 years experience within the Telecommunications and Utility industries and markets. Mr Kiddle brings great experience, success and relationships to the company. Mr Kiddle has held senior positions and directorships incorporating roles within Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operations. Mr Kiddle’s strengths are across many technologies, markets and regions (specialising in the Asia Pacific markets).
Mr. Kiddle is recognised as a leader within the true “Embedded Network” environments, including but not limited to Power, Voice and Data.
Mr Kiddle has successfully built and operated his own business for the past 8 years, specialising in Embedded Networks but has since sold his interest.
Mr Kiddle has the capability and experience to drive sales, image, profile revenue and profit through his longstanding strategic relationships at MD and the “C” level of all business segments.

Executive Director

Andrew co-founded UDS in 1995 and took on the role CEO in 1998 and managed the sale and transition to Intermoco in July 2007. UDS provides all of the meter reading data to Sydney Water and 30 other utilities. UDS was rebranded Utiligy Water in January 2009.

Andrew has had over 15 years experience at CEO or Director level for a number of start up companies that have successfully commercialised new products or services with particular empahasis on monitoring and remote metering. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and MBA.

Non-Exectutive Director

Simon Kemp has many years experience in the elecrical, communications and other industries.  He has had Senior Management experience with what is now known as Downer Engineering and has served on the board of the National Electrical and Communication Association as Federal and State President for three years.

Simon was also instrumental in setting up one of the first group apprenticeship training schemes which went on to employ over four hundred apprentices.

He has also set up several private companies of various disciplines all of which are trusted to provide service and continue to trade successfully.

His skills are well suited to high tech companies such such as Intermoco.
