Utiligy has released its new web based works order and meter reading system, Utiligy Forte.

At the launch in Melbourne by Intermoco’s General Manager Business Services, Mr Andrew Meehan, the product was demonstrated showing the integration of its advanced meter reading capability and its works order functionality.

Mr Meehan said “This product represents over twelve months work in bringing together our set of products and solutions into one integrated management system. Forte expands the way that both office and field staff can access their information. Utiligy has always been able to configure its meter reading solution to meet a wide range of applications, however Forte now increase the flexibility and speed at which customisation can be done."

“Customers are able to configure the product themselves to meet their own requirements, which is an exciting development. Our in-house support staff are also available to assist customers configure the application exactly to their needs, if that is preferred. Forte is unique in that it is configured to interface with a range of remote meter reading equipment but also supports the new imeter internet gateway and the imeter. "

“Forte includes mapping and job status functionality and we are expecting most of our current customers to update to Forte in the coming months.”
